Really regret unplugging my @aura_frames to troubleshoot a weak WiFi signal message. Bummer that the product does nothing on reboot and stays at this screen. It should show stored photos on rebooted and check this stuff later.

@danielmhennings We're sorry for any confusion. Aura is designed as a Wi-Fi-enabled digital picture frame that lets you and your loved ones share and enjoy photos from anywhere. As a result, the frame must remain connected to Wi-Fi and plugged into a power source to operate and receive photos.

@aura_frames worst frame ever! Everywhere on the site says the unit can be used WITHOUT WiFi even to simply view preloaded photos. This is a flat out lie. You CANNOT simply view without WiFi. Thanks for having inaccurate info. Returning asap. Avoid these!

@aura_frames having mega challenges in placing an order for Walden 15" tried it 4 times since yesterday. Every time the payment is processed, the order is confirmed BUT followed by a cancellation and a refund. The telephone number on the website is never answered.... HELP!

Visiting my grandkids in New England last week, I saw the @aura_frames digital frame they had, and just had to get one for our house. We’ve already been rewarded for the purchase with our daughter adding some pictures remotely! :-)

@aura_frames Why aren’t the frames iPhone friendly? Most people take vertical photos! Your frame shows blank spaces on the sides if you don’t use 2 photos side by side (which defeats the purpose of a frame). Plus, you don’t offer white background for white frames! I would’ve gotten black!

@aura_frames had one good experience setting up a frame for myself.About to blow a gasket trying to set up one as gift. Gift code most certainly has not been used and there is no where in the app when I try to add a new frame- to enter this number that displays when you plug in!
