Does anyone know if @Shopify Basic plan supports the new @auspost MyPost Business? I have generated a token on the MyPost eCommerce Partners section and enabled Australia Post for shipping labels. There is nowhere to enter the token.

@JennJenM Hi Jenn, While we try to adhere to any delivery requests where possible, drivers do have guidelines that determine a 'safe' location (parcel size/foot traffic/visibility from street/weather conditions), and if the location isn't suitable, they will take it for collection. ~ Ash

@auspost why do you ask for confirmation you can leave a parcel and then take it to the post office anyway? We can’t always get down the stairs in the 3 seconds you wait at the door before taking off again.

@auspost I'm currently housebound owing to an injured leg, and a parcel (TSS5010657) failed to be delivered yesterday. I called and apparently my only options are to pick it up (can't) or send someone else to pick it up. Why can't they attempt redelivery?

@auspost how can I fix this? Send parcels to locker… Get email saying too small for locker, will deliver it to mailbox. Get email saying it’s too large for the mailbox, we will send to the post office. Keeps happening. Could have just gone to the locker in the first place?
