@bigbadbirddog@Viralvid_89 Exactly. Which means if someone is dumb enough to walk into a courtroom and try what’s been unsuccessfully tried many times before I would question their competence. You’ve never seen it work and yet here you are doing it, something must be wrong with you, here’s representation.
@aussiwavemaster@sweeenie Most of the key policy shifts that contributed to the increased tolerance for street vending chaos, reduced low-level enforcement, and related quality-of-life issues on Canal Street (and similar areas) since around 2005–2013 have come from Democratic officials and bodies.
@LoudOutside i just turned 40 on friday and have none of those hard line creases/wrinkles like this lady does. and a smoked a pack of cigs a day for like 20 years lol.
she mustve been through some extra stressful times to look as old as she does here.
Teachers not taking responsibility for their failure to teach kids is crazy. I don’t feel like it takes a rocket scientist to teach kids how to read and do math.
Like they are really saying with their full chest that they don’t know how to teach kids how to add, subtract and multiply.
UNREAL: Teacher is explaining why illiteracy among children has gotten so severe.
She says she has 24 students, and about 50% show up without backpacks, books, papers, or even a pencil. In her view, many of them aren’t coming to school to learn. They don’t pay attention, follow directions, or participate. She spends a large part of the day just trying to keep them awake and minimally engaged.
According to her, the issue goes beyond the classroom. She argues that many parents are not setting expectations for learning at home, and that lack of structure carries into school. Instead of teaching, she often feels like she’s managing basic behavior and trying to create a learning environment from scratch.
The academic data reflects the problem. Roughly 34% of U.S. fourth graders read below basic levels, and math performance shows similar strain—about a quarter to a third of students perform below basic proficiency in math, depending on the assessment. When large numbers of students fall behind in both reading and math early on, it becomes harder for them to catch up later, putting long-term academic outcomes at risk.
@Raindropsmedia1 as a black man being 100% honest This shit make you all look so goofy doing these type videos downplaying the hood. to real street guys it low key makes you all look sweet/robable atleast it elimates the FAKE dudes who are trying to fit in though
Young people are sending out a strong and clear message because they want better for themselves and the future: ‘Let’s take the sheistys off and put on more N95s — we’re working to keep these kids alive.’
@bigbadbirddog@Viralvid_89 This bullshit doesn’t work in court. They’ve never seen it work. To go in there and try it after watching hundreds of failures sounds like someone who doesn’t understand the law well enough to represent themselves.
@aussiwavemaster@Viralvid_89 But he IS fit to represent himself.
Just because they judge doesn't like that he doesn't recognize his authority over him doesn't suddenly give the judge the authority to tell him he will force representation onto him.
@bigbadbirddog@Viralvid_89 Not knowing that the court has jurisdiction over you sounds unfit to me and seeing as these sovereign citizens all run the same playbook the judge has heard it enough times to where it sounds unfit to him too.
@couriongetbandz@wildklip There was no 13 year old and creating a fake scenario doesn’t give these guys carte Blanche to assault people. Skeeter Jean does this all the time and doesn’t assault anyone and the evidence is strong enough to where 85-90% of his suspects get locked up immediately.
@boxkicker34_c@sweeenie I’ve been to Wyoming more times than I’d like, sorry you live there. Also, this video is not a result of Democrat policies. It’s a result of Americanism. You wanna run coups and use the CIA to destabilize African nations then you have to deal with them coming here.
@sweeenie Man, I'm sorry you have to live like this. I live in one of those small towns (Wyoming) you talk about in the video. Safe, clean, and not ran to the ground by democrat led policies. I honestly don't see it getting any better for you unfortunately.
@bigbadbirddog@Viralvid_89 Yes. If the judge determines he’s not fit to represent himself he can force representation. Going in there and not understanding the court has jurisdiction over him suggests he’s not fit to understand the legal proceedings. The judge made the right move.
@aussiwavemaster@Viralvid_89 So jos claim is he doesn't recognize the courts jurisdiction over him and he wants to represent himself.
Which is a logical thing.
So the judges answer is to force unrecognized and unwanted representation onto him and to agree with him that the court DOESN'T have jurisdiction?
I'm 22. Please recommend to me oddly specific life tips. No general “surround yourself with positive people” tips. I want the most random, specific advice possible please.
@bigbadbirddog@Viralvid_89 If he doesn’t think the court has jurisdiction over him then why the hell would the judge allow him to represent himself in that court?
@Viralvid_89 All I heard was that the judge was refusing to let him defend himself because he doesn't recognize the power of the court over him.
I hate these sovereign citizen assholes, but I don't think this is a slam dunk for the judge either.
