Catching up on non-Rory stuff from Sunday... this caught my eye from Max Homa.
Asked if any memories of his '24 run popped to mind while playing Sunday, Homa immediately recalled the double he made on 12.
"That's where I'll have my biggest regret of my career most likely."
@JoeNicely Seemed like just-another PGA event’s coverage where they don’t show anyone outside top few unless it’s a crazy bird or better. 🤷♂️
It’s why I don’t really watch golf live anymore.
Tough, tough day for the normally-great CBS broadcast. Worst Masters coverage in recent memory…soooo much Andrew Catalon, Nantz felt mia, IBF sorely missed, impactful shots of notable players nowhere to be found, total fail on the 72nd hole. Underwhelming, run-of-the mill feel
The fact that EVs still depend on 12v batteries is insane to me. I should never have to jump an EV with 80% EV battery left because of a dead 12v. This is dumb.
@BFarraye@NUCLRGOLF Well you don’t speak for this golf fan. I love the team aspect. It’s great taking high quality golf to parts of the world they never had it, or were forgotten by the PGA Tour. Their highlights on YouTube are much better; ~1hr long and shows good and bad shots. Bette product IMO
@NUCLRGOLF Didn’t watch a single event when it was 54 holes. Certainly not changing my stance now that it’s going to 72 holes. And I think I speak for the majority of golf fans out there…
It’s just not a compelling product whatsoever. Just pull the plug and get everyone on the same tour
How many times would you keep the ball on dry land with 12 swings?
I started doing this combine a few weeks ago and plan to complete it 8-10 times per week.
This is such a great way to practice.
▶️Greens are at 25, 50, 75 and 100 yards
▶️The green size represents average tour proximity for that distance
▶️12 total shots (3 to each green)
▶️I alternate greens (25, 50, 75 then 100)
▶️Full pre-shot routine for each shot
I am tracking how I am performing (Keeping it out of the water counts as a win).
This is one of my favorite practice ranges on SkyTrak. It's challenging, but it's so fun.
Anyone else think the Creator Classic has kinda lost its buzz?
All the swings from today’s Creator Classic roster at East Lake. I feel like the first event, people were talking about it a lot.
Today saw almost no Tweets about it.
Def worth a watch. This has been pretty amazing to my dev workflow in recent weeks. Have been able to move very quickly on ideas.

Okay, the club throws are getting ridiculous.
This wasn’t intentional like Wyndham Clark’s, but Justin Thomas nearly takes out a volunteer.
They are going to need to start suspending dudes soon.
@NUCLRGOLF He could also have hit a better shot. 🤷♂️ and if he did, no-one would have this narrative. It only exists because he hit a bad shot and doubled the hole.
❌💧🏌️♂️ Sam Burns was tied for the lead standing in the 15th fairway at the U.S. Open when disaster struck.
He was denied free relief from standing water and proceeded to make a double bogey, crippling his chances of winning.
Should Sam have got relief?
@LouStagner@Top100Rick Thought it was great. A proper test for players who are used to the bomb and gauge era, where fairway accuracy provided a massive advantage. More of it IMO.
Rate Oakmont as a venue on a scale of 1-10 and explain why.
There has been a lot of talk about Oakmont this week. From how amazing it is to how unfair it is.
I give it a solid 8. Beat up the players like a US Open should!!
Shane Lowry doesn’t agree:😂
