Postgres 9.5 is now the default version for Heroku Postgres dlvr.it/LCwlkG

@drrotmos We're planning to implement this but at the moment there is no such possibility for MySQL databases.

Autobus dashboard may be unavailable for 20-30 minutes due to maintenance.
