how dumb people have to believe that they don’t have drone surveillance on any of these assassination events. Drones would instantly stop any rooftop shootings or access. I don’t understand why at these two high profile shootings, the assassins didn’t get flagged by security. A good drone is like $2000…

Why don’t we have drone surveillance at political rallies and speeches? Seems like a few drones monitoring the situation would stop all assassination attempts How much does a simple drone with a video camera cost these days? Seems that would be in the budget to protect people but what do I know

The main argument I hear is that the US also subsidizes farmers, and supply management just levels the playing field. The US definitely does subsidize farmers, but I don't buy the argument that this justifies propping up our own agriculture sector. Why not let Canadians buy subsidized cheese without having to pay for those subsidies with our taxes? But even if you do buy that argument, it doesn't mean supply management isn't terrible. Dairy products and eggs are far cheaper in the US. Whatever they do works a lot better for consumers, especially the poor, and doesn't seem to cause so many complaints from trade partners. So we should just do something similar instead!
