L'Anse Creuse North established an early 8-2 lead, but Anchor Bay scored 21 in a row to flip the lead in their favor at 23-8. Later they scored the first 10 points of the 2nd half to extend their advantage to 39-14. The teams played basically even the rest of the way, but the 2 big runs were the difference as Anchor Bay wins 58-32. Anchor Bay had a balanced attack with 5 players between 9 & 13 points and also had a 22-12 advantage in steals. They were led in both categories by sr Karissa Lewis (pictured, #11) and jr Ava Seletsky (pictured, #10), who combined for 25 points and 11 steals. Sr Autumn McDonald ended just 1 point shy of a double-double with 9-&-10 along with 5 blocked shots.
