50 Fat Loss Tips I wish I had 5 years ago👇 1. Carbs don’t make you fat 2. Walking is better for fat loss than grueling workouts 3. High protein and high fiber make fat loss 10x easier 4. Fat loss comes from nutrition, not the treadmill 5. Putting butter in your coffee is dumb 6. Snacks should either be fruit or have a high protein content 7. Keto is a cult, avoid completely 8. Tracking nutrition for 2 weeks is the highest ROI activity you can do for your health 9. Adding muscle is the best “hack” for fat loss 10. Food is not automatically unhealthy because it has more than 3 ingredients 11. You need a way of dealing with negative emotions that isn’t eating 12. The best form of cardio is doing something fun outdoors 13. Peanut butter is a terrible protein source 14. Most “fat burners” just have a lot of caffeine to suppress appetite 15. Relying on exercise to lose fat will ruin your relationship with fitness 16. Having more sex is a good way to boost your NEAT 17. Little things add up: take the stairs, get up from your desk, park further away 18. If you don’t want to eat it, don’t keep it in the house 19. It’s not rude to turn down food. Ever. 20. Fiber is about more than pooping - it’s good for your gut and leads to better healthspan 48. If you don’t learn about nutrition, you will always be susceptible to charlatans 49. Chalo, telling everyone why Akshaya Tritiya should be celebrated tomorrow despite there being Dwitiya Tithi at sunrise. The tithi which is in progress at mid-day (duration of day ÷ 2 added to the sunrise time) should be accepted for #AkshayaTritiya. If Tritiya commences before mid-day, then Akshaya Tritiya should be observed on that day only. Since Tritiya will start at 7:50 AM on 22-Apr-2023, this tithi will be in progress during mid-day. So, Akshaya Tritiya should be celebrated on this date. On 23-Apr, Tritiya will not be in progress during mid-day, so it is not advisable to observe Akshaya Tritiya on that date even if Tritiya is the Arunodaya Tithi (Tithi coinciding with sunrise). If you have learnt something new, do not leave without RTing.
