1. Carbs don’t make you fat

5. Putting butter in your coffee is dumb
6. Snacks should either be fruit or have a high protein content
7. Keto is a cult, avoid completely

9. Adding muscle is the best “hack” for fat loss
10. Food is not automatically unhealthy because it has more than 3 ingredients
11. You need a way of dealing with negative emotions that isn’t eating

Chalo, telling everyone why Akshaya Tritiya should be celebrated tomorrow despite there being Dwitiya Tithi at sunrise.
The tithi which is in progress at mid-day (duration of day ÷ 2 added to the sunrise time) should be accepted for #AkshayaTritiya. If Tritiya commences before mid-day, then Akshaya Tritiya should be observed on that day only.
Since Tritiya will start at 7:50 AM on 22-Apr-2023, this tithi will be in progress during mid-day. So, Akshaya Tritiya should be celebrated on this date. On 23-Apr, Tritiya will not be in progress during mid-day, so it is not advisable to observe Akshaya Tritiya on that date even if Tritiya is the Arunodaya Tithi (Tithi coinciding with sunrise).
