NS1.MEDIATEMPLE.NET (230,787 domains) NS2.MEDIATEMPLE.NET (230,787 domains) So, I wonder how many DNS Zone files @GoDaddy lost during the @mediatemple acquisition and Migration. All domains not purchased through MT but point to the above Nameservers are all lost.

@marcstorrs @skystracloud I know how to solve it, though. I'd have to go through each domain and unassign MT Nameservers, and manually update the zone file to reflect what they should. It doesnt bother me they lost the zone files, what bothers me is that they're not offering solutions.they're incompetent

@ave10s @skystracloud Any luck accessing the zone files ( on the GD end) for domains not purchased through MT? I would think they would transfer all the records regardless of point of purchase. I’m in the same boat, everything is fine but I can’t find any zone files in the GB backend after migration

@skystracloud They're not down. I just don't have access to the DNS Zone files. I can't verify my domain - for instance - if i wanted to. Media temple team says it's at GoDaddy; GD team says it's at MT.

@Stefani19834478 yea they just got the vps booted finally. first thing on the list is to research the best provider with similar pricing and the old MT quality server. they used to be really good to be honest

@ave10s Moving is the best option. Previously used their service, but had many issues with them. Just find a new provider.

@mediatemple what happened to the "platinum quality @GoDaddy customer support" that you promised your customers of over a decade? 74 minute wait time is not a service at all. No one is able to access their servers #mediatemple #godaddy They dont even have ticketing systems.
