It is not a "major overhaul" if you keep the unlawful mutual obligations system in place. That's punishment as usual There will still be outsourced providers, work for the dole, daily payment suspensions It's the same stick with a new brochure theguardian.com/business/2026/…

The system is operating so unlawfully they've paused pay cancellations & deductions They didn't stop pay suspensions, because (as we found out via FOI) they're worried job providers will collapse if any journos are going to the press club tomorrow, i can fill you in further!

@T2SydneyTrains I’ve been told there are trains only minutes away for the last hour, the buses are completely full to the point I can’t get on… I understand there are unavoidable delays due to this accident but it’s just frustrating to see trains go right past without stopping

@T2SydneyTrains Just tried to get on a local bus — WAY too overcrowded They’ve mentioned a shuttle service between parramatta and Fairfield that I’m gonna try and catch and try and go from there!

@averyqueerguy I suggest to take a local bus from Merrylands to Parramatta or Fairfield Then connect to rail replacement buses to Liverpool The next scheduled service from Merrylands - Liverpool is 53 minutes at 8:22PM. Thanks

@T5SydneyTrains @T2SydneyTrains Someone who was waiting at Guildford came onto the train to tell us after a station announcement was made, the train itself only got an announcement after everyone had alighted. Luckily not too much of a disruption for me, hope the train’s okay!
