Having thoughts about a mining pool that mines blocks directly to Ark onboarding and can support much faster payouts via VTXO.

testnet5 is coming, without the difficulty reset rule as it's being heavily abused on tn3/4. I've pondered about this rule and its abuse a lot, but there doesn't seem to be a good alternative. Will be interesting to see how testnet5 plays out, now it will be producing PoW coins.

Stratum V2 changes who builds the block template: with Job Declaration, the miner does. That includes the version field. Soft-fork signaling becomes the miner's decision, not the pool's.
