योगी बाबा के शहर गोरखपुर में गैस डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरों द्वारा आम उपभोक्ताओं और गरीब लोगों की गैस बुकिंग को बिना सिलेंडर दिए ही “Delivered” दिखाकर गैस की कालाबाजारी किए जाने की गंभीर समस्या सामने आ रही है। मेरा गैस कनेक्शन गोरखपुर जिले के वैष्णवी HP ग्रामीण वितरक भीटी रावत के अंतर्गत है। आज जब मैं गैस सिलेंडर लेने एजेंसी पर गया, तब मुझे पता चला कि मेरी गैस बुकिंग को बिना मुझे सिलेंडर दिए ही सिस्टम में “Delivered” दिखा दिया गया है। आशंका है कि इस प्रकार बुकिंग को फर्जी तरीके से डिलीवर दिखाकर गैस सिलेंडरों को ऊँचे दामों पर ब्लैक में बेचा जा रहा है। यह समस्या केवल मेरे साथ ही नहीं हुई है। मेरे सामने कम से कम 20 से अधिक उपभोक्ता ऐसे आए जिनकी शिकायत बिल्कुल यही थी कि उनकी गैस बुकिंग को सिस्टम में “Delivered” दिखा दिया गया, जबकि उन्हें सिलेंडर प्राप्त ही नहीं हुआ। जब इस संबंध में एजेंसी से जानकारी ली गई, तो कर्मचारियों द्वारा स्पष्ट जवाब देने के बजाय अलग-अलग बहाने बनाए गए, जैसे: • आपकी बुकिंग नहीं हुई है • आपका KYC पूरा नहीं है • आपने पहले ही गैस प्राप्त कर ली है • अब आपको 45 दिन बाद गैस मिलेगी इस प्रकार उपभोक्ताओं को बिना किसी समाधान के वापस भेज दिया जाता है। यदि कोई उपभोक्ता विरोध करता है, तो उसे कहा जाता है कि “2 बजे तक रुकिए”, उसके बाद कहा जाता है “कल आइए” या अगर आपकी एजेंसी में किसी से पहचान है तो उससे कहने पर आपको किसी अन्य उपभोक्ता की बुकिंग का सिलेंडर आपको दे दिया जाएगा, अन्यथा 45 दिन बाद दोबारा बुकिंग करने के लिए कहा जाता है। स्थिति यह है कि बिना उपभोक्ता को गैस दिए ही बुकिंग को Delivered दिखाने की शिकायत वाले लोग इस एजेंसी पर लगभग हर दिन मिल जाएंगे। यदि कोई भी जिम्मेदार अधिकारी वहां जाकर जांच करे तो कम से कम 10 से 20 उपभोक्ता ऐसे मिल जाएंगे जिनकी शिकायत इसी प्रकार की होगी। मेरे पास इस मामले से संबंधित वीडियो और स्क्रीनशॉट के रूप में प्रमाण भी उपलब्ध हैं, जिन्हें मैं साझा कर रहा हूँ। यह स्थिति स्पष्ट रूप से उपभोक्ताओं के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन है और गैस सिलेंडरों की संभावित कालाबाजारी की ओर संकेत करती है। अतः संबंधित प्रशासन, जिला पूर्ति विभाग एवं गैस कंपनी से निवेदन है कि इस मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर आवश्यक एवं सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए, ताकि आम उपभोक्ताओं को उनका अधिकार मिल सके और भविष्य में इस प्रकार की अनियमितताओं पर रोक लगाई जा सके। @GORAKHPURLPGRO @Dm_Gorakhpur @HPCL @Uppolice @yadavakhilesh @AnilYadavmedia1 @SamajwadiParty @AltNews @thewire_in @RanaAyyub @sardesairajdeep @INCIndia
