सीकर जिले के दौरे का कार्यक्रम —

कह दिया था - चुनाव के बाद महंगाई की गर्मी आएगी। आज कमर्शियल गैस सिलेंडर ₹993 महंगा। एक ही दिन में सबसे बड़ी बढ़ोतरी। यह चुनावी बिल है। फरवरी से अब तक: ₹1,380 की बढ़ोतरी - सिर्फ़ 3 महीनों में 81% का इज़ाफ़ा। चायवाला, ढाबा, होटल, बेकरी, हलवाई - हर किसी की रसोई पर बोझ बढ़ा। और इसका असर आपकी थाली पर भी पड़ेगा। पहला वार गैस पर, अगला वार पेट्रोल-डीज़ल पर।

लद्दाख के युवाओं ने मुझे बताया कि किस तरह उनके खूबसूरत आशियाने को एक पुलिस राज में बदल दिया गया है। उनकी आवाज़ दबा दी गई है, लोकतांत्रिक अधिकारों को कुचल दिया गया है और उनकी ज़मीन और नाज़ुक पर्यावरण को मोदी जी के अरबपति मित्रों के हवाले किया जा रहा है। लद्दाख के लोग विकास के खिलाफ नहीं हैं। वो रोज़गार और उद्योग चाहते हैं, मगर ऐसा विकास जो स्थानीय लोगों को फायदा पहुँचाए। आशा है कि अपने दौरे के दौरान गृह मंत्री इस सच्चाई को समझ पाएं।

I travelled through Great Nicobar today. These are the most extraordinary forests I have ever seen in my life. Trees older than memory. Forests that took generations to grow. The people on this island are equally beautiful - both the adivasi communities and the settlers - but they are being robbed of what is rightfully theirs. The government calls what it is doing here a “Project.” What I have seen is not a project. It is millions of trees marked for the axe. It is 160 square kilometres of rainforest condemned to die. It is communities that have been ignored while their homes have been snatched away. This is not development. This is destruction dressed in development’s language. So I will say it plainly, and I will keep saying it: what is being done in Great Nicobar is one of the biggest scams and gravest crimes against this country’s natural and tribal heritage in our lifetime. It must be stopped. And it can be stopped - if Indians choose to see what I have seen.

चुनावी राहत खत्म, महंगाई की गर्मी तैयार! 29th April के बाद देखिए - पेट्रोल, डीज़ल, सब महंगे होंगे। जब तेल सस्ता था, मोदी सरकार ने अपना मुनाफ़ा रखा। अब महंगा है, तो बोझ आप पर डालेगी। सस्ते की लूट मचाती सरकार - जनता को बस महंगाई की मार।

I am sorry, but with the greatest respect for @KirenRijiju, at no point did I say or imply any such thing -- and I have seven witnesses in the photograph who can confirm that! "That was what he meant", our Minister says. No, sir, that is NOT what I meant. "That Congress can be anti-women… he agreed in a way," he added. I am sorry but I did NOT agree in any way. @INCIndia has stood for women's rights and women's reservation under a strong woman President in Sonia Gandhi, initiated the Women's Reservation Bill, passed it in the Rajya Sabha during our tenure and supported it in the Lok Sabha when it was brought by GoI in 2023. We are totally in favour of women's reservation and are prepared to have it implemented right now -- without linking it to delimitation.

आज राजस्थान की राजनीति में एक अजीब सा दृश्य देखने को मिल रहा है- चाहे भाजपा के प्रभारी हों, चुनाव हारे हुए नेता हों, छोटे दलों के चेहरे हों या फिर अपने ही घर के कुछ ऐसे लोग जो संगठन और आलाकमान की मर्यादा को बार-बार लांघते हैं... सबके निशाने पर एक ही नाम है- सचिन पायलट । सवाल उठता है, आखिर क्यों? क्योंकि सचिन पायलट जी सत्ता की सुविधा नहीं, जनता की सच्चाई की राजनीति करते हैं। क्योंकि सचिन पायलट मुद्दों पर बोलते हैं, सवाल करते हैं और हर उस आवाज़ को उठाते हैं जो अक्सर दबा दी जाती है- चाहे वो युवा हो, किसान हो या समाज की 36 कौम। विरोधियों का हमला समझ में आता है...वो राजनीतिक प्रतिस्पर्धा का हिस्सा है। लेकिन जब अपने ही कुछ लोग निजी महत्वाकांक्षाओं और “जादुई हथकंडों” के सहारे कीचड़ उछालने लगें, तब फर्क साफ दिखता है- एक तरफ सच्चाई है, दूसरी तरफ साजिशें। मगर सचिन पायलट इन साजिशों को किनारे रखकर कांग्रेस की मजबूती के लिए काम करते हैं। सचिन पायलट जी ने इन 'जादुई हथकंडों' का जवाब कभी भी अपने शब्दों से नहीं बल्कि अपनी मेहनत से दिया* है और इस बार भी वो इन 'जादुई साजिशों' के बीच केरल से तमिलनाडु, बंगाल से असम तक संगठन को मजबूत करने में, कार्यकर्ताओं में ऊर्जा भरने में और कांग्रेस की विचारधारा को जमीन तक पहुंचाने में जुटे हैं। सचिन पायलट जी की राजनीति में व्यक्तिगत द्वेष नहीं, कांग्रेस को मजबूत करने की जिजीविषा है। यही कारण है कि वो अपने अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे के नेतृत्व और अपने नेता राहुल गाँधी के कमांड में कांग्रेस को मजबूत करने में लगे हुए हैं। सचिन पायलट जी का हर कदम, हर बयान, हर प्रयास एक व्यापक उद्देश्य से जुड़ा होता है- जनता की आवाज़ को बुलंद करना और कांग्रेस को मजबूत करना, इसलिए वो ओछी राजनीति नहीं करते...और शायद यही वजह है कि सचिन पायलट हर उस व्यक्ति को चुभते हैं, जो सच्चाई से दूर सत्ता की साजिश और 'जादुई हथकंडों' की चिंता में दिन-रात खोए रहते हैं। और वैसे भी किसी ने क्या खूब लिखा है:- गिराने की कोशिशें लाख हुईं, मगर वो झुका नहीं, हर वार सहकर भी वो कभी रुका नहीं। जो खड़ा है सच के साथ, उसे कौन मिटा पाएगा, वो स्वार्थ नहीं रचता, उसे वक्त ऊंचाइयों पर ले जाएगा।” @SachinPilot

कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ता देबदीप चटर्जी की चुनाव बाद TMC से जुड़े गुंडों द्वारा की गई हत्या बेहद निंदनीय है। शोकाकुल परिवार के प्रति मेरी गहरी संवेदनाएँ। पश्चिम बंगाल में आज लोकतंत्र नहीं, TMC का गुंडा राज चल रहा है। वोट के बाद विरोधी आवाज़ों को डराना, मारना, मिटाना - यही TMC का चरित्र बन चुका है। कांग्रेस की राजनीति कभी हिंसा पर नहीं टिकी, और न कभी टिकेगी। हमने भी अपने कार्यकर्ता खोए हैं, फिर भी हमने हमेशा अहिंसा और संविधान का रास्ता चुना है। यही हमारी विरासत है, यही हमारा संकल्प। मांग स्पष्ट है - सभी दोषियों की तत्काल गिरफ्तारी हो, कठोरतम सज़ा मिले, और देबदीप के परिवार को पूर्ण सुरक्षा व मुआवज़ा सुनिश्चित किया जाए। भारत की अहिंसक परंपरा को कलंकित करने वाली इस राजनीति के सामने हम झुकेंगे नहीं। न्याय होकर रहेगा।
