Gate level PPU emulator in a NESRGB form factor by andkorzh.

Due to being made via gate level silicon die reverse engineering, the accuracy is superior to the black box emulation of the NESRGB.

@ToddsNerdCave @pr4m0d @_atrac17 Love the hot swappable design, time to design various layouts and controllers, like a spinner for Arkanoid? 🫠

So I've designed a desktop arcade cabinet for the MiSTer. Features tool-less rotatable high res 9.7 inch iPad screen, easily replaceable control panel and stereo audio speakers all powered from a single USB-C power source.

@dubesinhower Is your TV capable of 480p or higher? My CRT is limited to 480i so I’m wondering if additional configuration is needed.

This is not a pre-order, but due to high demand orders may take longer than our typical 2 day fulfillment estimates.

@collingall Where is CloverPCB based out of? I like Oshpark for random prototypes, but the turnaround time and cost is terrible. Was curious if anyone else offers flex PCBs aside from JLC for my next project.
English

JLC is where I do my protos and small batch orders (sub 500pcs) once I go to larger batches I have a good relationship with CloverPCB and the larger batches are more reasonable than JLCPCB, also Clover is more reasonable on things like edge plating, castellated edges, blind slots, and hard gold plating.

Just in case anyone is curious about the #LCDJewel project. It is still in development. New hardware is almost to me.

My reversible SNES to USB controller mod also now supports joypadOS SNES2USB firmware app.
Supports Sinput, Dinput, Xinput, Switch, PS3, PS4, and soon OG Xbox and Xbox One.

@mattatronics @FBXGargoyle Nothing worse than dropping $200 on a real copy of a game only to find out you hate it (Fight Fever 😂)
English

@avramce @FBXGargoyle Thats a great way of looking at it. I would like to try and chip away at buying as many genuine carts as possible, but i guess if nothing else a 161 gives me the option to test games out that are on it
English

And my state of gaming compared to it:

The state of gaming issssss.. Ehhhh!
English

@mattatronics @FBXGargoyle Yeah, given that people are willing to buy repros of a single rare MVS game for that much, can’t go wrong. As I’ve told others in the past, if you can get a 161 at a cheap price, just treat it like shareware: If you like the game enough, seek out a cart 😁
English

@avramce @FBXGargoyle Ahhh I haven't seen a V3, just the V2. Found one for £55ish which isn't so bad really.
English

@mattatronics @FBXGargoyle Really depends on what they are charging for it, but can’t go wrong with a cheap 161 as a backup. The latest V3 can be hacked to have a full correct romset, but due to that project, they are trying to sell the carts for $175+ now
English

@avramce @FBXGargoyle Thanks very much for the reply! Will look into the Backbit. I often see cheap 161 in 1 carts but know they aren't great and are filled with rom hacks etc
English

@mattatronics @FBXGargoyle They work well but have had some QC issues with the recent batches. I would buy from a reseller in case you need to replace a bad cart. For MVS, the Backbit is another option and has another run in production.
English

@RobertDaleSmith So similar functionality to the USB2DB15? Amazing work making it 100% open source :)
English

@ToddsNerdCave Is that a PD to 5V adapter? Or just a 5V USBC connector?
