Adaptable means: if the devs release a new hero, and that hero is extremely overturned, high elo players will adapt by being forced to either pick or ban that character in every single game. Cope harder.

Casual players be like: “wow, the new tank character feels really balanced because I can press 1 ability and freely walk forward with my massive hp pool and overshields creating infinite space for my team with no counterplay!”

@SkyeSharkie @xlr8harder Nah this how they’re unloaded of trucks at Amazon, they go up a conveyor and then humans place 1 package at a time on 1 scooter bot that takes it around a warehouse, drops it off to another human who stocks it

@xlr8harder this isn't really a full warehouse line job, at least not at Amazon, tasks as simple as this are already automated by non-humanoid systems, but this is a start in the direction of automating stuff like pickers, which is a bit more complex

it's funny all the people reading this and saying the work is useless. like, they don't realize we have real humans doing this job today. people have no idea how the things they order online arrive at their homes, do they?

@bitslix I'm not against humanoids. My point is this is not an invention. Robotics has had these limitations for 20+ years: battery life, actuation, hand dexterity, data dependency. Anyone in robotics knows there's nothing new here to make people say "wow."

Adcock wants 3 humanoids running a specific warehouse task 24/7. With ~4hr battery life and a data-hungry system, how does this scale? He simplifies a lot in the interview, makes analogies to I, Robot, but doesn't address economics or how the system moves to more complex tasks

Dino is easily the worst-designed hero in Marvel Rivals right now and it’s not even close. Almost zero skill expression, terrible mirror matchups, and barely any real outplay potential.
