@M_HelenaCosta O meu marido e eu tomamos a vacina e 1 booster. Mas não deixamos nenhum dos nossos filhos tomar nada. O mais novo terá "tomado" porq era bebé e ainda mamava na altura. É um facto q nunca nos arrependemos de não os vacinar com covid.

@M_HelenaCosta Continuo a não conhecer um único vacinado arrependido. Tenho os familiares bem, incluindo idosos.Porém tenho um vizinho de 25 anos q desde os 19 está em estado vegetativo com encefalite causada pelo Covid, q apanhou antes de haver vacina.Ainda há gente a morrer p/Covid,sabia?

@EliseWilshaw Duas palavras em português também: controle glicémico. Não há nada de inesperado nestas lesões,se ele passa muito tempo com a glicemia não controlada. A prevenção (e a melhoria) dessas lesões começa e acaba no seu marido. Ajude-o nisso, pois uma vez com lesões, não há milagres.

@AlpacaAurelius That’s a way of thinking about it, until you have to undergo treatment for melanoma. That, depending on how late you spot it,has a good chance of relapsing and becoming metastatic.It’s an awful way to die,trust me.If dermatologists act like this,trust them.

Only recently did they say it might not be cancer, but a severe rheumatoid disease. Her blood work is chaotic, she has lost weight, she feels fragile, scared, almost like a shadow of herself. And beneath her words, I could hear the same question you voiced in your video: Why me? I don’t have an answer to that question. I don’t know why suffering chooses the people it chooses. But watching you speak, go on a walk with grace, I was reminded that even when life strips everything away, we still retain the freedom to choose how we face what remains. And that sometimes, the only task life asks of us is this: to be worthy of our suffering. Oscar, the grace with which you face your journey—your honesty, your courage, your refusal to let fear silence you—already speaks to that. Tough news yesterday. I’ll need 30 radiation sessions to keep the skin cancer under control. With all the chemo for my Multiple Myeloma, my resistance is very low. Right ear still deaf and my arse still painful,but I still got out for a walk. Some days you don’t win

@2busyforthishit Se a pessoa gosta de exercício físico,acho óptimo.Se não gosta,é só penoso.E deve dedicar-se às suas paixões.A lição é que o exercício se deve fazer para manter a saúde.Num estado terminal,tenho dúvidas que faça diferença além de evitar a perda de massa muscular.
