@awwapp I have a bug to report: When exporting to Image/PDF, many Unicode characters are broken. Apparently your servers are missing some fonts.

Hi @awwapp I regularly use your whiteboard and very happy with its performance. The whiteboard is suddenly not opening from around 8 am ist on 7th April morning, Can you please look into the matter. Thanks

@aeruzc thank you for the kind words! the admin can manage the rights of the participants via Board Menu - Manage Participants. Doing so, the admin will be able to choose which participant can collaborate (edit the content) and which one can only view the activity on the board.

@awwapp how long is your trial good for? With the switch to distance learning this would be a great tool to use it my colleagues and kids. I know a lot of companies are helping out with longer trials of services to helps educators out.

We're back online and are continuing to closely monitor our health. Our data center provider is still experiencing problems so we're not out of the woods yet.

AWW is currently unavailable due to problems at the data center hosting our servers. We're working with our upstream provider @linode to fix the issues as soon as possible and will keep you updated.
