Call center customer support needs to be fixed. • On the phone for 30 min for a flight change issue • 40 min with my internet provider • 45 min for a credit card issue • 50 min for a banking issue There has to be a better way. Who's solving this?

@andruyeung Andrew - I run a company called serviceMob that is solving this. The big problem is that customer service is looking at the wrong metrics, leading to capacity shortfalls that make you wait for LONG time. We are fixing that.
