. @memeland Captainz artwork teasers have been getting released continuously. Now we know for sure that it will come in card form, just like I hinted a long time ago. And it’s launching very soon. (From what I’ve heard, the earliest could be the end of this month or early next month.) It will come as packs that you can open to roll for different card rarities, and you’ll also be able to re-roll using $MEME There’s also already information that Potion will somehow play a role in this pack-opening mechanic as well. What do you think about the art?

Over $6,500 worth of $MEME has already been sent to The Void in the past 2 days. I think @AceTrader is starting to get more attention within the trading community because if you see an opportunity to make money, you can simply pay around $200–300 to receive up to $12K in real trading funds without needing to pass an evaluation. If the product keeps getting used and talked about more, I think we may start seeing real adoption soon.

From my understanding, Memeland’s new Captainz art and system will transition the collection from a traditional PFP into a pure digital collectible model, based more on how TCG rarity works. I think gamifying the reveal is always fun. I remember Ultraman on Abstract recently innovating in a similar way. However, removing the main medium of proliferation, the social media PFP, and moving away from traditional NFT rarity rules is a huge risk. Because now, you are essentially no longer catering directly to NFT collectors. Assuming the NFT superfan model is over for good after the MEME drop, I would say the intrinsic value of these assets becomes strictly tied to the success of the Captainz brand and the Captainz TCG. And today, that value is still almost zero. 🥵 Let’s see where this goes. I would not rule out a physical edition or redeemable product paired with the new reveal, especially if a physical Memeland TCG is really coming. The team used to cook hard back in the Potatoz days. Can they return to their golden era?

Memeland changed how NFT reveals work. If you hold Captainz, $MEME, or just trade NFTs in general, you need to pay attention to their latest townhall. They are building a massive trap for liquidity. Here is the real alpha hidden in the call: ----- 1. We all know the classic NFT playbook. You wait months for a reveal. You click a button. You get a common JPEG. You instantly dump it on OS. Memeland is fixing the post-reveal dump. Captainz will not just reveal. They turn into Booster Packs. If you pull a common, you don't have to keep it. But the real alpha is the distribution. They are going to push The Potatoz game directly on the @9GAG front page. They are preparing to funnel millions of Web2 normies straight into the Memeland IP. ----- The Takeaway: Memeland is no longer just a PFP project. They are building a full entertainment and trading hub. The Captainz re-rip mechanic is going to set a new standard for the space. If you are a builder, take notes. Ready for Captainz? 🏴‍☠️

The @Memeland team, or Memestrategy, has started making its move. They have begun producing and opening pre-orders for a famous collectible card series in Hong Kong called “Themis” There are only 1,800 boxes available, each containing 10 packs, with over 140 types of cards to collect, including rare cards with celebrity signatures. The first batch sold out within 15 minutes. There will be another pre-order round in early May, with delivery scheduled for early June. Distribution will cover both "Hong Kong and Overseas Markets" What does this show? I see this as the first step in Memeland’s strategy, likely a test of market demand, as well as logistics, shipping, and distribution processes. In other words, a kind of stress test for a new product or business that could eventually run on Web3. And yes, I think the upcoming Captainz art (expected this month) will likely start as digital cards, followed by physical cards, along with tokenization to verify ownership. (From what we’ve seen above, you probably don’t need to worry about the business, distribution, or logistics side at all.) Can you start to see what @9gagceo is doing? I think they are preparing to turn Captainz collectibles into something with real value.
