@OharePeter @GiallorossiBlue @SkySportsNews You think she wants to talk about it? She is 1 person who from everything that's happened to her and everything she has achieved deserves some kindness and understanding. As a man with a mother, a sister and a daughter, the thought of them ever going through that breaks me.
English

@axelspurs @GiallorossiBlue @SkySportsNews Never gave any of this as an excuse…she said she “wasn’t enjoying it as much as other olympics”….she made a mistake, couldn’t take it and quit. simple
English

@SkySportsNews She was sexualy assaulted by her coach when she was younger, this has only came out in the past few years. This is her first major tournament since. All those abusing her on here, if it happened to you, then the world found out, how would your mental health be? Be kind, people.
English

@OharePeter @GiallorossiBlue @SkySportsNews She was sexualy assaulted by her coach when she was young, this all came out since the last Olympics and all she gets is prats like you having a dig, yet you wonder why she has mental health issues?
English

@GiallorossiBlue @SkySportsNews So she is never going to work unless she is 100% every day, and if she’s not happy she’s just going to leave work and say ‘sorry, not today’ ….good luck with that

@ralphscafe @CMO_England The country is open, I can go to a nightclub (I won't as I'm too old for that crap), I can go to a bar and sit together with loads of other people, I can be back in the office. What for you isn't open?
English

@CMO_England Thanks but no thanks. We were supposed to protect the over 80s and the vulnerable - we did that . Now open the country. No negotiations and no blackmail.
English

An important message from Gareth Southgate. Please do get the COVID-19 vaccine. It will help protect you and those around you, including the vulnerable.
If you want to learn more about the science of vaccines, I did a talk on them earlier this year - gresham.ac.uk/lectures-and-e…

'If you haven't had your vaccine yet, go and get it done — for you younger ones especially.' Thanks to @England's Gareth Southgate for sharing an important message about the #NHSCOVIDVaccine. ⚽️ Find out how to book yours ➡️ nhs.uk/conditions/cor…

For all those asking understandable questions about the change from all Olympic sports being streamed by the BBC to the new right’s agreement… Tom provides some helpful context here 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

@Lambanana1 @MizzyII @BBCNews Good reply😒 when I managed to get to Northampton General for treatment why was numerous wards closed with lights off? Why did my oncologist say they was on skeleton crew with each team doing 2 weeks in per month? My numbers come from a FT story from late last year, your facts??

@cdurant92 @yaboij0shua @mikeyh817 @BBCSport Racism is a story, as is fans behaving badly. To get these stories these independent journalists get paid, if they say everything is fine they dont.
The idea of impartiality in media is gone. Happy to meet next year at WC to show perspective. Will buy you a beer. X
English

@axelspurs @yaboij0shua @mikeyh817 @BBCSport Nobody is claiming the media are pillars of society, far from it but there's a big difference from them making a hash of a story and them inciting racism. That's just my opinion
English

The penalty Lewis Hamilton received for his collision with Max Verstappen in the British Grand Prix was "harsh", according to his Mercedes team.
What did you think about it? #bbcf1 #BritishGP #F1
English

@cdurant92 @yaboij0shua @mikeyh817 @BBCSport We declined, but others excepted. The shout came "go" and chairs and bottles was thrown from both sides so the camera people could get pictures. The story reported from this was far removed from fact, hence I have a distrust of the media reporting facts. 2/2
English

@cdurant92 @yaboij0shua @mikeyh817 @BBCSport I'm clearly older than you. Back in France 98 I was at a cafe, me and 2 friends drinking, didn't have tickets for the next match but just enjoying the atmosphere. We was approached by a camera man to through chairs or bottles into the middle of the square for money 1/2
English

@cdurant92 @yaboij0shua @mikeyh817 @BBCSport Because that then generates the next story. Media is now about creating news rather than reporting it.
Racists and dicks in this country, while vocal, are a minority. I hope that minority gets smaller.
English

@axelspurs @yaboij0shua @mikeyh817 @BBCSport Making a story In hope of getting some racist comments seems a bit far fetched if you ask me
