@la_SUZANITA Unfortunately this isn’t going to help people. Sellers aren’t going to list their homes for less based on commission, and buyers agents aren’t going to work for free. This means on top of commissions and closing costs, buyers will now end up paying MORE to buy a home. Not less.

@mikiebarb the ep on real estate was very one sided to sellers. Buyers agents provide a service. They aren’t going to work for free and buyers are going to end up paying an additional fee on top of their down payment and CC. Would have been nice to hear a realtors perspective.
