@madebygoogle Mexico, Mexico City. My address is correct but looks like the time zone on google for Mexico City is one hour ahead. It’s happening to my sisters google home also. (Different account, different house, different address, same city)

@ayepezs Got it. If you haven't yet, try rebooting your Nest Hub and router by unplugging them for 2 minutes to refresh the connection and see if it helps. Make sure it's plugged in directly into a wall outlet.
