Our @spjphx chapter mourns the recent death of longtime Arizona journalist @abekwok and extend our condolences to his family, friends and @azcentral colleagues. Abe had many talents, was deeply dedicated to our profession and was active in @AAJAArizona. He will be missed.

Senate Govt Committee chair @JakeHoffmanAZ, who's blocked bills for a Don Bolles memorial for the past few years, is proposing legislation to authorize memorials to both Bolles and Charlie Kirk at Bolin Plaza, which would be renamed Wesley Bolin and Charlie Kirk Freedom Plaza.
