Canada has opened a new consulate office in Phoenix after a 12-year hiatus. 🍁 Arizona leaders say the move will strengthen ties with one of the state's biggest economic partners. At Wednesday's ribbon-cutting, @SandraWatsonAZ said the office will support more than 500 Canadian companies doing business in Arizona, including Circle K, EPCOR and BMO. Those companies support tens of thousands of local jobs, with bilateral trade topping $5 billion a year.
