It directly pulls from the Lake Mead sourced municipal supply - Flexential Data Center facility used around 20 million gallons in one year - Other Data Centers in the area collectively used over 716 million gallons in 2024, with nearly all the water drawing from Colorado River and Lake Mead sources Pair this with droughts, water demand from agriculture and resident use and now there is almost nothing left… just look at this….
