Dear @IRCTCofficial, What is the purpose of opening Sleeper Tatkal at 11:00 AM if users cannot book due to “High Load” errors till 11:03–11:04 AM? I repeatedly received “We are experiencing High Load – Please retry” and “Booking not started” messages.

@HPIndia @HP @HPSupport there is no commitment, there is no priority, there is no solution. Despite having ADP , I am still waiting for service and I don't know whether I will get it or not. I got torture mentally. Very frustrating service. No value of customers.

@HP @HPIndia @HPSupport my system got damaged and is under ADP. Still, I'm not getting service. On chat, they are not replying properly. Still received no service. Everytime, They reply after 10 min for each query. What kind of service @HP is providing? Very frustrating.

@HPIndia @HP @HPSupport @hplabs @hp This is a 24*7 service. For a reply, I need to wait at least 5-10 minutes, and still receive vague, unclear information. Very frustrating and time consuming. Yesterday, they took 2 hours to register my complaint. Worst service.
