What is the purpose of opening Sleeper Tatkal at 11:00 AM if users cannot book due to “High Load” errors till 11:03–11:04 AM?
I repeatedly received “We are experiencing High Load – Please retry” and “Booking not started” messages.

This is a 24*7 service. For a reply, I need to wait at least 5-10 minutes, and still receive vague, unclear information. Very frustrating and time consuming. Yesterday, they took 2 hours to register my complaint. Worst service.

@TataMotors Still worst ever customer service compared to any other car companies, there is more than a month now I am not able to start my car! First they failed to find the issue and now that they have found the replacement of the part is taking forever! Not acceptable
