@RedPill_Marxism I would easily give up any and all steam sales (haven't participated in any of their sales for years now) if Valve would release a game But they got Dutch disease'd by live-service malaise even earlier and harder than Epic and Sony TF2 hats ruined not just TF2, but Valve too

See- this is why I don't like Valve anymore. They realized it was way more profitable to run an unregulated casino in CS2 instead of making good games again. And when you point this out Valve fanboys makes the same excuse as Rockstar fanboys-- "Oh they need to take their time to make their games as polished and perfected as possible" No bitch. The SOLE reason why they barely make games anymore is because their OWN money printers requires less effort than actually making games-- Steam/CS2 for Valve and GTA Online for Rockstar. That's it.

So for MadWorld, I was the one who found Ox while crate diving at a record store. I reached out to him and we worked together on tons of songs. Tanaka-san was the one who found Joint One who was our production partner for the other artists, but I was involved in most of the music coordination and feedback on beats/lyrics, etc. On Anarchy Reigns, it was basically the same setup, with the exception of me doing all the work on getting Dilated Peoples back together for a new song. Tanaka-san once again made most of the beats, Ox/Joint One artists did lyrics and performance, and I was in the music coordination seat. As for more music like that... Most of the artists are still putting out music, but Ox has become a pretty renowned Lo-Fi Hip Hop producer @stlndrms. @Vstylez is still out there grinding as well. Sadly, the magic of having Tanaka-san make video game beats for them to rap over is pretty unique to those games. Fun fact - this era was what led me to become a fan of a very young Kendrick Lamar. In fact, during voice over recording for Anarchy Reigns, @aokajiya and I went to his Grammy week showcase, before he was signed. I still hold my "I was here first" over pretty much everyone. LOL
