#AcademicChatter Me after doing the "Trusted Research and Export Control" training of the university: I didn't know I was such a danger & risk (as an Iranian)!!! Pretty much all examples of national security and export control issues involved Iran and dealing with Iranians!!!

and btw that £4.5k cost is per person and if students want to bring their spouse or children that should be multiplied. We barely fund intl students and those few who pass the very high bar have to pay this much from their pocket!!/3

In this very exciting paper by awesome @VForouhar, we found very cool results we didn't expect. We went for a hunt for signatures of warm dark matter in global properties of stellar halos. We found (almost) non. but we found self-interacting DM leaves very distinct signatures!/1
