Judge ruled that Chud the Builder can NOT use donations to post bail. I remember Kamala Harris raising money for BLM & ANTIFA rioters during the summer of love. I don’t remember any of them being denied bail because the money was donated.

It's important to the court (& the larger forces against him) to get as much bad imagery / symbols associated with Dalton as possible, because one thing about him is that he never indulged in that. He never wore the symbols did the slogans, he didn't care about those things. So they have very little loaded symbols and imagery to tie him to available. The reason they need charged symbols is because that's the shortcut to framing someone. So we have to think, what opportunities do they have to do this? Below I want you to brainstorm all the ways they could achieve this and then we have to telegraph it, before they do it and preemptively neutralize the attempt. Mine is, I worry if we don't find someone who's a good person in time, They may plant a donor to bond him out and to also smear him with. Someone that comes with a lot of baggage and a lot of loaded symbols, essentially to co-opt Dalton in the news, and reduce Dalton into a caricature to brainwash everyone with in news cycles. I have a feeling the video evidence is hard to spin for them, once it reaches the public, there's not enough ambiguity for them to blatantly deny reality and get away with it. So if they are committed they are going to wage a propaganda war to win over a certain percentage of the public, who will happily spread their lies everywhere for them.

The Judge is blocking the use of GiveSendGo money because Dalton's defense was unable to satisfactorily prove that the donated funds weren't earned by illegal means. Meaning that because Dalton received a surge of donations after the charges we're filed, they're claiming that makes the money earned through illegal or criminal activity. Before Dalton is even convicted of a crime, they're claiming his actions are in fact criminal. These "Source Hearings" are usually reserved for defendants tied to criminal enterprises, where the money used for bond might legitimately come from illicit activities like drug trafficking or prostitution. The Judge and DA are using this to block the use of money that just regular, every day people have donated to Chud - implying that people only donated because he may have committed a crime. I don't know how this is legal. I don't know how this isn't seen as pre-judging. How can a Judge use unresolved charges as the basis that the funds were earned criminally/illegally BEFORE THE CRIME HAS EVEN BEEN PROVED TO HAVE BEEN COMMITTED? We don't know if any crime has actually occurred! We haven't even started the trial! This is fucking insane. These people are rail roading Dalton. They're trying to punish him through the process.
