how do we overcome the crypto beta trap? this is where people think they aren't early anymore so move to copycats in hopes they can be early but for each successive copycat, one must be earlier and earlier as they have shorter and shorter lifespans. this applies to any breakout L1/L2/dapp/ponzi/nft/memecoin.

The year is 2032 and we are still grasping at memecoins as some kind of savior to bring enthusiasm back to the space when it was exactly the thing that killed all enthusiasm.

The fact that Scott Jennings has not been fired over his bald-faced lie about having a 20 minute conversation with Mitch McConnell... this tells us all we need to know about unwatchable cable news channel CNN.

Trump is paying himself a 2.5% general contractor's fee on his 400 million dollar ballroom. That's 10 million dollars. When will MAGA stop making excuses for his corruption?

If it turns out Mitch McConnell is dead and the GOP are involved in a coverup to prevent a special election that is mandated by Kentucky law, people need to go to prison. Full stop.

Isn't it funny how the mainstream media suddenly loses interest when the truth destroys one of its favorite anti-Biden narratives. Yes, you read that right: @HunterBiden won a defamation case over bullshit claims that he was corrupt. And remember the FBI informant who claimed Joe and Hunter Biden took bribes from Burisma? He pleaded guilty to lying. But you probably didn't know that because it only made it to the back page headlines at the time. The press gave the accusations endless headlines and wall-to-wall coverage. But when the stories collapse, the accusers are exposed, and the Bidens are vindicated? Crickets. Because the lie was profitable. The truth was inconvenient. The lie gets the headline. The Bidens get smeared. The truth gets buried.

last cycle sort of sucked for ETH. i can't reasonably argue it didn't but the difference from almost every other asset in the space is that Ethereum and ETH didn't die, and nor will they die. in fact, Ethereum is emerging to be in a position where it is stronger than ever between the rise of EthLabs, catalyzed by DAT funding and what it means for shifting balances of power in the ecosystem and continued efforts to scale the base chain, now moving faster than ever and the emergence of Robinhood onchain and what it portends for the rest of tradFi coming onchain it's becoming clear that these are real structural shifts in crypto infrastructure and adoption which will eventually manifest in the market and that the vast majority of people here are and will remain offsides on ETH because they've been burned by it in the past you have somewhere between ~1-6 months to accumulate ⏰

MAJOR BREAKING: Hunter Biden has been awarded $1.7 MILLION in a defamation lawsuit against Trump adviser Patrick Byrne, who falsely accused him of seeking an $800 million bribe from Iran in exchange for influencing U.S. policy. Lies have consequences. After years of reckless smears, accountability is finally catching up. Good for Hunter Biden.

When I heard about Senator Graham’s death last night, the first thing I thought about was not all the things he said and did in service of Donald Trump. I thought of the time before Donald Trump when he was a brother to Senator John McCain. A time when senators from different parties could fight about politics and still be friends. A time when a conservative Republican from South Carolina could say of my father: “If you can’t admire Joe Biden as a person, you’ve got a problem. He’s the nicest person I’ve ever met in politics. As good a man as God ever created.” That is the Senator Graham I will remember today. Not because I have forgotten what came after. Because in that memory there is hope. Hope for a country where brothers can fight like hell over policy and still share a meal, and a laugh, and the loss of the people they love. I will choose to remember the time before Trump. Because I believe in an America after Trump.

Things aren't always as they seem... In higher timeframes it looks like this entity is chasing price with a massive, $89M block of bitcoin:native bid liquidity. However, on the Daily TF, FireCharts reveals that they seem to be avoiding getting filled here. Meanwhile, the binned CVD shows all order classes selling into rallies. These are signs that the liquidity is likely going to move again, or completely disappear, and there's sentiment for a support test. For a limited time, use code: MIJ4TH25 to get 25% OFF the tools that help you see what's happening beneath the candles. mi1.pw/mij4th25

One of the core deficiencies of humans is that we always are looking to solve for bad behavior than trying to understand and solve for what drives the bad behavior. We've turned our kids into achievement oriented machines instead of people that want to learn to enhance themselves. Our incentives are all about the best score instead of the best outcomes for the person. This is true for many things in life, but for learning, the examples of things like Montessori oriented education seems to me to build a better model of learning oriented to knowledge outcomes rather than score outcomes. This of course goes much deeper than just school and extends to all aspects of how we live and our orientation to what is important.

A Brown professor gave his students a take-home midterm exam. After suspecting many cheated using AI, he made the final in-person. The orange dots are the midterm scores and the gray dots are the final scores. Looks like all but 3 cheated on the midterm.
