Regardless of world view, we have to recognize that something is not right when tons of people can look at the exact same video, over and over, in stop frame motion, and half see one thing, and half see something different. Human behavior tells us - one of the primary viewpoints is self-prejudicial. One of the primary viewpoints is looking at the video - not as information, but as validation. In normal times, one of the ways the self-prejudicial party can determine whether they are the ones skewing what they see to validate their world view, is to take a step back from the video itself, and ask: "Which side of the argument is engaged in other related gaslighting?" Once you do that, once you read the commentary of Trump, Vance, and others - or the representation that the agent was injured, or the demonization of the woman who is dead, you see the politicization. When you see that, go back and look at the video again. This would be a no-brainer if this was a different country or this country at a different time. But alas, dopamine addiction is powerful, tribal defiance is a way of life, and cognitive dissonance is a bitch.
