I support Carrie Prejean Boller 💯! She stopped by my office today with her husband, and I gave her one of the debt badges that I invented to show my appreciation for her bravery with respect to the White House Religious Freedom Commission. I’m inspired by her resolve.

This is real Catholicism by the way. Born and raised Catholic, met the pope, went to Rome, CCD, youth group, the whole nine yards. I’m not sure where I am right now as far as my “denomination”, but I lived this life my entire life and the first time I heard of these Jew hating/anti Israel “Catholics” was after Oct 7th and the VAST majority of them were brand new converts and online sensationalists. This new trend is Catholicism for clout, or Christ for clicks, and Jew hate sells. I have my issues with the REAL Catholic church, but antisemitism isn’t one of those issues.

🚨🚨🚨 TRUMP JUST BLAMED ISRAEL. CLEARED QATAR. AND GAVE IRAN A WAY OUT. 🚨🚨🚨 Read this carefully. The war might be about to end. Trump just posted on Truth Social. Every sentence is calculated. – Israel attacked Iran's South Pars Gas Field "out of anger" – The U.S. "knew NOTHING about this particular attack" – Qatar was "in NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM involved" – Iran hit Qatar's LNG in retaliation — based on WRONG intelligence – Trump's message to Iran: stop hitting Qatar → and we won't destroy South Pars Let that sink in. This is NOT a threat. This is a NEGOTIATION disguised as a threat. HERE'S WHAT JUST HAPPENED — STEP BY STEP: 💀 Step 1: Israel hit South Pars — the LARGEST natural gas field on Earth 💀 Step 2: Iran assumed the U.S. and Qatar were behind it — struck Qatar's Ras Laffan in retaliation 💀 Step 3: Trump PUBLICLY distances the U.S. from Israel — "we knew NOTHING" 💀 Step 4: Trump clears Qatar — tells Iran they hit the WRONG target 💀 Step 5: Trump offers a CLEAR off-ramp — stop hitting Qatar and this doesn't escalate further ⚠️ HERE'S WHY THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING: ⚠️ Trump is splitting from Israel PUBLICLY for the first time in this war ⚠️ He said "I do NOT want to authorize this level of violence" — a president signaling he wants OFF this ride ⚠️ He WARNED Iran before striking — you don't warn your enemy unless you WANT them to back down ⚠️ "Long term implications for the future of Iran" = he's admitting destroying South Pars would be CATASTROPHIC They're showing you the threat — "we'll MASSIVELY blow up South Pars." They're NOT showing you the real message — Trump just told Iran exactly how to END this war. Think about it: → If Trump wanted total war, why blame Israel? → If Trump wanted escalation, why clear Qatar? → If Trump wanted to destroy South Pars, why WARN Iran first? → You don't give your enemy an off-ramp unless you WANT them to take it. This is the first time since Day 1 that a clear PATH TO DE-ESCALATION exists. Israel is isolated. Trump is done covering for them. Iran has a choice. The next 48 hours decide everything. Prepare accordingly. 🚨🚨🚨 Twitter is suppressing this. Like + RT + Follow before it's gone. 🚨

I don’t know anyone that’s applauds antisemitism. I do and the bishops should too, reject ZIONISM. Big difference. Now the talking point of the Jewish people more attacked is there any evidence besides commercials from AIPAC on this? You see more churches being attacked than synagogues. Pray our bishops get a spinal implant one day. Now they can do a video condemning Israel committing genocide in 3, 2, 1. Let’s try again

Unbelievable. Nunciature Italy Cardinal appointed by pope: "We must obey the Pope even if the Pope does not obey the Lord." Do you understand what that means? Betrayal. Of. God. Huh? @USCCB is bound by the gospel? (almost tempted to put up a laughing emoji). Where have you been? They haven’t followed the teachings of Christ since Pope John Paul II. Did they condemn or even speak out against —South African Christian genocide? —Child trafficking sympathizers within their own ranks? — Human and child trafficking at the border? —Trans mutilation of children? —UK Muslim gang rape and murder? It goes on and on. Read "Infiltration" by @TaylorRMarshall A few good bishops and pastors have held on, waiting for something good to happen. What she doesn’t understand as a new Catholic is that the Church is much deeper and wider than the space she inhabits. And that these men she’s calling to help her are not bound by political boxes but by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Catholicism is full of divergent views about the practical application of the Gospel (canonized saints have found themselves on opposite sides of politics and even schism) and she has found her way to a rather unsavory corner of our short occupancy of Salvation History. I went to her page for the first time today and saw the names of Joe Enders, Tim Gordon, E. Michael Jones, Candace, and Andrew Tate’s lawyer. Foul. And that’s all I really need to know. I’m sorry she thinks that her current fixation is somehow the heart of Catholicism. It isn’t. And she’s not a martyr for the faith; she’s embroiled in politics. That the life she chose. And yes, it’s nasty all the way around and always has been.

Dr. T, I love the discussion, but isn’t it all academic if we A. Don’t have the intel or facts (the public knows nothing)? B. Haven’t declared “war” (would fall under St. Augustine’s terminology of “violence”)? Potus has the political authority for military operations (violence) short of war. War in modern terms for the U.S. would mean either the “forever” variety over the last number of decades with loss of life, or, the WW3 nuclear type. This is neither. Trump will stay true to Trump doctrine. The military will engage in actionable objectives which they know they can achieve quickly. Upon victory you may see some administrative boots on the ground, with the worst case some potential superficial asymmetric ground combat. I actually have a great confidence in the legitimacy of intent, the expected probability of quick success, and a brilliant outcome— a shift in global dynamics resulting in peace and prosperity. Coincidentally so does the stock market not that that is a barometer of moral aptitude of course.

Roman Catholics use theological word games to excuse what is, in practice, idolatry. They pray to Mary, assign her titles like Mediatrix, speak of her as though she plays a role in distributing grace, bow before her images, kiss her statues, and then try to shame Protestants by saying we simply do not honor Mary enough. That argument is dishonest. The issue is not whether Mary should be honored. Of course she should be honored. She was blessed among women, chosen by God for a unique role in redemptive history, and she should be regarded with respect. The issue is that Rome takes honor and turns it into religious devotion. Then comes the verbal trick. Roman Catholics insist that this is not worship in the highest sense. They draw fine-spun distinctions between latria, the worship due to God alone, and dulia or hyperdulia, the veneration they claim to give to saints and Mary. But this is exactly where the sophistry comes in. They are using equivocation. They take acts that look like worship, function like worship, and belong to the sphere of worship, then shield them with a different label and pretend the label changes the substance. If a man bows before an image, kisses it, offers prayers, asks for supernatural aid, and attributes to that figure an ongoing heavenly role in distributing grace, he is engaged in religious devotion. Calling it “veneration” instead of “worship” does not solve the problem. It is a verbal escape hatch. It is special pleading dressed up as theology. And it gets worse. Rome wants to say that Protestants are failing to honor Mary unless we join them in these practices. But that is a false standard from the start. Scripture nowhere teaches believers to pray to Mary, seek Mary’s intercession, bow before her images, or treat her as a heavenly mediatrix. So Rome first invents a category of devotion Scripture does not authorize, then condemns Protestants for refusing to participate in it. God repeatedly warned His people against idolatry, and idolaters regularly claimed they were still honoring Him. The golden calf was not presented as a rejection of Yahweh. It was presented as a way of worshiping Him. That is what makes idolatry so deceitful. It does not always announce itself as open rebellion. Very often it presents itself as devotion, reverence, beauty, and honor. But God does not accept worship that violates His word. The same principle applies here. You do not honor Mary by giving her the kind of religious attention, prayer, and devotion that belong to God alone. You do not honor her by placing her in a role Scripture reserves for Christ. Jesus Christ is the one mediator between God and man. Not the highest mediator among lesser mediators. Not the central mediator who shares that office with His mother. He is the one mediator. Mary is not dishonored by refusing to treat her like a quasi-mediatorial figure. She is dishonored when men make her the center of a devotional system that distracts from the sufficiency of her Son. Rome says Protestants do not honor Mary enough. The truth is that Rome exalts Mary in a way God does not permit, and then baptizes that excess with technical vocabulary.
