if the principles of empiricism are unacceptable to the UK, then literally, it (the UK) would have to deny it's own existence, which is paradoxical.

This amounts to ongoing breaches of Articles 2 & 3 ECHR, which remain unaddressed. The conduct is deliberate & attributable to the UK through knowledge & omission.

@HousingLeeds @housingleeds when opening my NL Ombudsman memo PDF in my home, I experienced what seems like coordinated noise from neighbour(s). This fits a broader mobbing/stalking pattern tied to my attempts to assert rights. Relevant to ECHR Articles 3 & 34

@HousingLeeds a letter was pushed through my letterbox claiming to be from Armstrong Priestley re: sprinkler works at Gargrave Court, the email address provided does not exist & I can’t verify them (no X profile either). Phone contact also unreliable due to past redirection.

@HousingLeeds If @HousingLeeds says visits by contractors like Armstrong Priestley are “part of my tenancy” — that means you’ve accepted legal responsibility for repairs & safety. Yet contractors went silent on repairing my door. How is that consistent with statutory duties of habitability

@HousingLeeds @HousingLeeds 8:30am today: unexplained knock at unrepaired door. No bell, no intercom, no card left. Unable to report harassment to WYP. Leeds City Council have not explained phone redirections or why gov.uk email signed “Richard Brook” was attributed to me.
