I woke up at 4:00 a.m. with a heavy burden to pray over the grave situation we are facing. And as I prayed, the Lord impressed something deeply upon my heart. When President Trump says that Israel exists only because of him, he is unknowingly echoing a biblical principle: God has placed me in this position for such a time as this. Immediately, I was led to Esther 4:14: “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” If a leader allows financial interests to override righteous judgment, God is neither surprised nor hindered. He simply removes that leader and entrusts the task to another. The day is coming when no world leader will be willing or able to stand with Israel. The danger will surpass human comprehension. And that is precisely when the Lord Himself will intervene. As He declared in Ezekiel 38:22: “And I will bring him to judgment with pestilence and bloodshed; I will rain down on him, on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.” God will not abandon His people. But He will judge those who abandon them. Have a blessed day.

most of us started our firms by handing clients our personal cell number. it felt generous. then it became the thing we couldn't undo. here's the part we skip: have you actually just asked them to stop calling your cell? plainly? most of us never do. every time you answer the personal call anyway, you teach them they're the exception to the rule. rewrite the voicemail message. keep a templated text ready. then ask — and remind as often as it takes. you're not pushing them away. you're doing this for them.

Doesn't everyone open their computer programs in a specific order each morning, so they line up on the task bar correctly?

Senate Republicans: Take note of what happened in Indiana tonight. Voters voted out longtime incumbents over their refusal to redistrict and replaced them with people who WILL redistrict. Voters are even more angry at you for not passing the SAVE Act. Get to work @johnthune.

@RobMKendall The real story is the Indiana voters won! They are tired of incumbents. I believe in the General in my district Spartz will loose. People are tired of incumbents! These elected officials are not working for We The People! That’s the story!

One day. One day our home will be quiet. One day we will sleep through the night without teething baby cries or toddler bad dreams. One day we’ll eat hot food and finish our coffee. One day we’ll have conversations about our day without a hundred “Mommy!” interjections. One day we’ll sit through the entire church service together without removing a crying child. One day we’ll be done with diapers and pull-ups and potty training. One day our floors will stay clean even after each meal, and the food that is served will be received with a smile. One day we won’t be breaking up fights over toys or who gets what first. One day the windows won’t be fingerprinted and the fridge won’t be smudged. One day we won’t get backtalk or sass. One day. One day we won’t hear the giggles or cries or coos. One day we won’t snuggle or kiss booboos. One day there won’t be cute stories or misspelled, handmade cards. One day there won’t be excitement over the seemingly mundane. One day we won’t read silly books or sing songs at bedtime. One day they’ll sleep in this house for the last time. Say “Mommy and Daddy” for the last time. One day they will have jobs and homes and their own spouses and children. And one day our home will be quiet. One day.

@jstewartIndy @Jim_Banks The people of Indiana won! People are tired of the same people in office. First time in a long time incumbent lost to this level. That’s the real story!

People keep saying Trump won tonight. I really think @Jim_Banks won. Hoosier Leadership for America focused on more local issues in attack ads and gave primary challengers a chance to capitalize on long-held grievances among grassroots Republicans.

@AccountingAsArt It needs to be under the taxpayer ID. It will either be refunded or will just sit in an account under her name and will be refunded or never applied. I have had this happen several times.

#TaxTwitter - If a taxpayer makes a payment through their own ID. me account will it apply to the joint return even though she isn't the primary taxpayer? Is that primary taxpayer SSN only if you go through the IRS site and not ID. me?

If you want 2026 to be your "comeback" year... Stop running behind: • ETFs. • stocks. • a fancy business idea. Because Digital Assets are biggest investing opportunity of 2026. The one I focus on are eBooks. They’re not sexy. But they’re: • Fast to create • Simple to scale • Built for cash flow There's literally no competition here. If you start today, you can hit $3,000–$5,000/month by March 2026. I usually charge $97 for my exact system. Today, it’s free. Like this post + comment “Start” I’ll DM you the strategy. (Must be following, or I can’t message.) ⏳ Free for 24 hours.

@FortWayneCPA I would say a contractor would not be paid overtime. Unless there is a contract in place that specifically addresses the overtime for the project.

The 1040 instructions are on the IRS website for 2025. Schedule 1-A is final. Line 14b on Schedule 1-A is problematic. The 1040 instructions (Page 108) for line 14b are problematic. A lot of contractors who are paid overtime (And I know of employers who pay contractors overtime) will think they get a deduction for it on their 1040 and I do not think they do because they are not required to be paid overtime under the Fair labor Standards Act. The IRS instructions really needed to be more clear on the Schedule 1-A line 14b instructions.

I’ve made over 10% of my income already for the year. Getting our clients on monthly fees automatically pulled on the 1st is a game changer for accounting firms. Over half of our tax returns are prepaid. #TaxTwitter

Fannie Mae’s 3 new policy changes are…kinda sus: 1. Lenders get relief for undisclosed nonmortgage debt. If a borrower has credit cards, personal loans, or other debts they didn’t disclose, and Desktop Underwriter approves the loan then Fannie Mae will still buy it. Risk is shifted from banks to Fannie Mae (aka taxpayers) 2. Credit & income documentation can be up to 18 months old on construction-to-perm loans. Finances could change during that period and the loan will still convert 3. Minimum credit score requirements are being removed for DU loans. No more 620 floor. DU will approve or deny based on its internal model
