@thebarryhigh @Brad_Shepard He had his team praying for my son with a rare disorder. Fulky made a personal video and sent it to my son telling him coach and the team were praying for him. Truly a special man.

@Brad_Shepard I met Coach Barnes a couple of weeks after he was hired in Knoxville, in passing at a resturant I congratulated him. He had sat down with the coaches. He saw me sit down with my daughters got up and came over to speak to them for 5 minutes. He is so kind and sincere.

We have a good, Godly man who is the coach of our team, an ambassador for the University and a supreme molder of young men. Coach Barnes is a Tennessee legend. We don’t deserve him, but I’m so thankful to have him.
