It’s BS. There’s a skill and awareness level involved to be constantly updated on people on your screen and following red dots or making educated guesses where they will be next. Boils down to they don’t want bad players to suffer from it. Just like they made the default footsteps sound like elephants stomping around to stop people from out playing “sentinels” due to map knowledge and strategic outplays. Less fun for better players is always their goal

Infinity Ward explained why they removed mini-map red dots back in 2022 What do you think of their reasoning?

Modern Warfare 2019 is the last Great Call of Duty Game we’ve had. Not sure why the online cod community think it’s sacrilegious to say they liked this game when it’s clearly the best one we’ve had since the golden era.

Even graphics, the best thing about 2019, were worse. Worse campaign too

They’re retards. MwII and 2019 are the most similar cods ever despite people obviously having their preferences for one or the other they shouldn’t have drastically different opinions of them. If MWII is trash they should also think mw19 is also trash otherwise they have a weird nostalgia for it or are just plain stupid and didn’t analyze and judge the games for what they were

If Infinity Ward/Activision really think they’ll be able to just ignore MWII/WZ2 being a stain on the franchise and just use MW2019 marketing nostalgia to get people on the MW4 hype train I think they’re sorely mistaken… but at this point what can they really do against GTA 6?

@SoloeGaming MW19 gets its fair share of shit (rightfully so), which means I could never place it in the overrated category. I'll have to go with BO3. I was fed up with exo suits from AW and never truly loved BO3's movement. I'd still have it placed somewhere in the middle of my rankings tho

Everyone hates on MW2019 but they're all too stupid to realize why. SBMM was introduced that year and since. That's why COD feels like it's never been worse. It's simply the matchmaking. Sure, there's always issues with gameplay etc, but the majority of what sucks, is SBMM.
