Professionalism says is customer first. But this bankd doesn't give a damn to customers. Fortunately I had another account in private bank and within 1 minute the work got done. @RBI all this happen because of management else team meetings can be after the working hours.

unfortunately I had to urgent deposit money to @TheOfficialSBI karrahi branch, kanpur, uttar Pradesh at 2.17 pm. Around 10 people were sitting and nobody was at desk. Guard told me to wait for half an hour. After 17 years of account opening same attitude of bank officials.

I believe these govt banks are just not listening to @RBI guidelines and customer's time is getting wasted because of such official idiots and government is just blind for their support।

Today around 2.30pm I visited the branch and whole staff was doing lunch and new shutter was being installed. I believe these working hours are for customers not for the maintenance. after waiting for 30 minutes entered after that again had to wait for same। Pathetic experience

When you have to make any complaint to @canarabank for customer's pain and professionalism you must have an account। Fortunately I don't have any account but I visited for my wife's account। Hopefully will get that account closed very soon because of this attitude.
