This is a great tip — switching to Bicubic does help noticeably! Lines stay sharper and less ‘soapy’ compared to Bilinear. That said, even with Bicubic, after a few rounds of transforms (especially distortions, rotations, or repeated resizes), quality still degrades more than we’d like for pro work. We absolutely love Procreate — it’s our go-to for quick sketches, color keys, thumbnails, and that magical, simple, beautiful interface that just feels right ❤️ Our artists adore it! But for complex illustrations with tons of layers and heavy revisions, it’s starting to feel limiting. We’d be thrilled to see unlimited layers someday, plus at least basic nondestructive transforms (so we can tweak scale/rotation endlessly without baking in the loss). You guys always deliver surprises — fingers crossed for some of that magic in a future update! ✨

@cogexit Have you yet tried changing your Interpolation setting? Try switching to Bicubic under Interpolation when you are in Transform. Is this working better?

Procreate's free transform feature is poor quality. Image quality drops dramatically when transforming. Even an older iPad can perform better. A completely irrational algorithm😡 @Procreate

@PlayStation I personally prefer the third person because I just can see everything around and the character of course, but I understand people who choose the first person view too
