@CbrewsterOKC @afugate Digging deeper, the report references the Urban Institute study ranking all public schools among those same 36 (35 states +DC) where OK drops to #26/36.
Not a direct comparison, but it’s fair to ask why adding district NAEP scores drops OK from top 10 to bottom 10.

@afugate No disrespect, but the good Representative may want to re-read the report...It is comparing charter performance to national averages and then how charters rank above or below the averages.

As a taxpayer, I am always frustrated when a property that has already been paid for by taxpayers is paid for again by taxpayers.
