@HoangGoda Great value! A lot of people struggle with external monetisation that actually compete with Adsense, would be very interesting to here your approach on this

The current “Inauthentic Content” wave feels very similar to the kids-content storm of 2019-2020. Back then, many people believed easy money on YouTube would last forever, until the rules changed and entire business models collapsed almost overnight. Channels lost monetization, teams disappeared, and many operators were forced out of the game. Today, the pattern feels familiar again. Low-effort systems, weak operations, copycat strategies, and businesses built only around monetization are being exposed once more. When the platform resets standards, fragile models suffer first. Every few years, platforms clean house. They remove shortcuts, punish dependency, and reward real builders who can adapt. If your business depends on one loophole, one channel, or one temporary advantage, a storm feels like the end. But if your business is built on people, systems, experience, and execution speed, a storm becomes opportunity. We have seen this movie before. Every reset creates a new generation of winners. Let's connect with each other, share knowledge and experience. That's what helps us grow. Giving is receiving.

We grew from 0 to 150 employees in 3 years with a total of 10 million subscribers across all channels. Ask me anything. I will answer honestly based on my own experience.

@HoangGoda Great insights thank you! Have you hired remotely or mostly locally? How would you say working with a team in preson vs online impacted your growth?

We don’t hire channel managers from outside. We build them internally by developing people who are already working inside projects and proving themselves through real execution. Most of our strongest managers started from operational roles, learned the business deeply, then grew into leadership positions. In the beginning, this process was slow. During our first year, we only developed a small number of strong managers. But once we had more projects running, we created more opportunities for people to step up, and over time the system naturally produced more capable leaders. For incentives, we focus on building a structure attractive enough for talented people to stay long term. That includes strong income opportunities, a clear path for promotion, access to resources, real responsibility, and the chance to grow much bigger than a normal employee role. We also believe talented people should never feel limited. At our company, anyone with enough ability and results can grow all the way to becoming a business partner. As for competition, good people will always have options. Our goal is not to stop people from leaving. Our goal is to create an environment where staying gives them more opportunity, support, and upside than leaving.

Living in Warsaw is a financial cheat code. San Francisco / Munich: • Rent: $4k • Dinner: $100 • Burn Rate: High Warsaw: • Rent: $1k (Luxury) • Dinner: $30 • Burn Rate: Low It’s not about "saving money." I didn't move here to pinch pennies or hoard cash in a savings account. I moved here to aggressively re-allocate capital. When your personal survival costs drop by 70%, your business risk capacity shoots through the roof. That difference in cost is fuel. Every dollar I don't spend on overpriced rent is a dollar I put directly into: Hiring better talent. Ads to fill the pipeline. Software that automates the heavy lifting. The Opportunity Cost of Location Living here allows me to reinvest 90% of profit back into the agency without flinching. If I were in SF, a slow month means stress about paying bills. In Warsaw, a slow month is just data. This mental clarity is the ultimate competitive advantage. It allows me to make decisions based on 10-year growth, not 30-day survival. Geography is leverage. You are choosing to play a global game with a local handicap. Stop maximizing your status by living in an "expensive" city, and start maximizing your runway by living in an efficient one.

VAMOSS!! @wizofYT

Aff Marketing Side Quest 35 days ago I started to seriously play around in the aff space (still running our own eCom, so it was just a side thing). Team was literally for the most part myself and my right-hand person (we had some help from our creative team but not too much). Feels like I still got it as a media buyer myself. What we have done: - Heavy manual media buying - Heavy, heavy, heavy ADV/funnel testing/copywriting - Nearly 100% static images/slideshow What we have been running: - All WH only (no Casino, Dating or whatever, I don't even know how to run that) - eCom offers (mostly bigger brands where I know the owner personally with a CPA deal) - CPL offers (insurances, loans) - Digital CPA offers (digistore shit) I still have absolutely no idea what we are doing here. We have no biz dev, no media buyers besides me, no devs, so please don't ask me in DMs how to get started with it. I don't even know! The only reason I think it worked out OK for us is because the only thing we are good at is running ads and landing pages/advertorials, everything else we suck at. So by finding a biz model that only focuses on that, it somehow worked out. Take it as inspiration: if you are doing something right now that isn't working out, maybe you are just in the wrong biz model. Check what your actual skills are and go all in on them. If you are an Affiliate yourselfe or run an Affiliate Team, hit me up I want to connect

Brazilian guys are doing $1M days with VSLs using ABOs… Here’s how: They find a winning creative… And instead of scaling it the “normal” way, They go aggressive. 1-50-1 structure: → 1 campaign → 50 ad sets → 1 ad (same creative) $1 per ad set = $50 per campaign. Then they just launch… a lot of them. Why it works: $1 ad sets = cheaper CPMs → cheaper clicks → better CTR/CPC → easier to get volume But here’s the catch: Each new fan page can only run ~250 ads. So they don’t just scale ads… They scale pages. I know guys with 40,000+ ads live. Hundreds of fan pages ready. Find a winner → flood it.

@backtesters0 Tipically 10/15% margins if they are the offer owner. Affiliates on the other hand have way better margins.

REPEAT AFTER ME Reddit comment count is a ranking factor RIGHT NOW There's a method where you can generate 50 Reddit comments for $0.50 a pop THE SOP 1. Own a subreddit in your niche 2. Export top posts from related subs 3. Rewrite and post with your mod account 4. Generate 50 comments with one click 5. Approve them as mod 6. Watch your posts rank NO ONE is doing this at scale (BESIDES THE VPN COMPANIES) Comment "REDDIT" + like this post and I'll DM you the method (must be following)
