A Legacy of Vision and Responsibility: President Egal’s Final Address to the Nation: The Final Speech of the late 2nd President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Last night in Davos, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, i met with the President of the State of Israel, @Isaac_Herzog at a high-level dinner. Our discussions focused on strengthening and advancing bilateral relations between the Republic of Somaliland and the State of Israel. I also met @EricTrump , an influential global figure and son of the President of the United States, as well as other senior global political figures and international leaders.

The decision by the World Economic Forum (WEF) to invite the Somaliland President Abdirahman Irro to the prestigious global forum in Davos, Switzerland, barely one month after Israel's recognition of Somaliland, is in itself powerful signal of international elite endorsement. An excellent opportunity for Somaliland to shine on the global stage and to be noticed by those who effectively run the world.
