Over the past 2 years of working with brands for both free & paid collaborations, the number 1 thing I've gotten the most positive feedback on was a single landing page where the brand could find links to every piece of content created and posted. Changes I make are auto updated for them, so less follow up emails. Agencies can share the links with their clients without creating more email fluff. I also use this opportunity to share additional content made that wasn't part of the agreement. Still exports from the video, photography, additional posts regarding the product. What they asked for: 1 video What they got: 1 long form video, 3+ shorts, 5 product photography shots (that are eligible for usage rights), 4+ still exports, 2 additional social posts about first impressions and experiences, and a dedicated collaboration page on the websites with links to all of it. Yes, for both free and paid collabs. I started doing this with Notion since I was already paying monthly and you can generate unlimited public web pages without paying extra. Last year I migrated to hosting these on the website.
