@TheBriefSpace The initial purpose of this new iRhino is to get more people to test our new Metal based display engine so we can improve Rhino for Mac.

@praeclarum He always showed up to class with a white button up shirt. You could see through it and make out that he was wearing a tshirt underneath with a big Cheerios logo on it.

@baersteve So jealous! I just listened to 48 45-minute lectures from him. Really good stuff. I joke to my friends that it’s like Bernie Sanders telling me about Egypt ;-)

I might have bit off a bit more than I can chew with my last set of book purchases.

An exciting day! @spolsky called me and let me know. Today's sale of Stack Overflow, most importantly, lets Stack Overflow continue as an independent site -- and also mints 61 new millionaires.

@hiron_rgkr rhino.compute.exe is written in .NET 5 and acts as a reverse proxy parent process for one or more child compute.geometry.exe processes written in .NET 4.8.

@TheRealLiboLi Nice article. The only additional advice I can give is don’t be shy to ask for help. We enjoy helping people get started down the coding path. Ask away at discourse.mcneel.com

Nice work on #Grasshopper #Hops @baersteve! Tested it against my own flavor of spreading branches over threads w/ #herongis Multi SDiff and Hops wins. Just wish it was easier to dial up the number of computes. Would also be nice to add custom Hops to a custom tab.

Such a quiet and relaxing Monday morning. Is this what it was like before slack?

@praeclarum It can be a mixed bag of emotions. Fullfillment, embarassment, regret and sometimes amazement that users have put up with ones for so long.

Nothing quite like fixing a two year old bug in your code. Such relief, much catharsis. But also a little regret. I’ve known this bug for so long it was starting to feel like part of the design. :-)

@SpeckleSystems I ran into the exact same problems when I discovered 90+% of components do not use tree access for input. My hope is to eventually support Tasks in the DataAccess input/output, but until then everything will still be at least a little janky.

@rungziggy I’m still trying to figure out where this forest city is. Was he talking to ewoks?

@baersteve #RhinoInside #Revit is pretty awesome! It was very easy to get #herongis working to build up a site model with topo and building massing. Imagery and texture maps seem to be a work-in-progress, but I'm still blown away.
