@WestMidRailway At the very least when the train stops at Smethwick Galton Bridge you could remind them that they can change there for a train to Bhan New St. There have been no non automated announcements on this train at all (left SGB at 07:54)

Many #wba don't understand we've not improved the team during the summer so obviously we're going to get the same results as the last 4 seasons. We can't get rid of the dead wood. So another long season ahead. No manager can fix this until we've got a new owner..
