"I joined the company in 2022. At that time, Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh and others were part of my team. Tausif Attar was our Team Leader, and we were required to carry out the work assigned by him. He would often assign me his own work as well as that of Danish, requiring me to take on additional tasks. As he was my Team Leader, I complied with these instructions without objection. My family are devotees of Ramdas Swami, and I follow Hindu religious practices. I wear a Rudraksha mala. Because of my adherence to my faith, Tausif and Danish would frequently engage me in religious discussions. During these interactions, they questioned my beliefs and made remarks about Hindu deities and practices, including statements suggesting that only Allah exists and that Hindu beliefs were false. They also made derogatory comments about Hindu Gods and religious figures. During this period, one team member resigned, and another employee completed training and moved to T-Max. In the office, Tausif and Danish would assign me tasks arbitrarily. On some occasions, they took me to a hotel late at night and pressured me to consume non-vegetarian food. When I refused, they made remarks about my religious practices. They continued to make comments about Hindu deities in a manner I found offensive and also spoke positively about their own religion. I perceived these actions as attempts to influence or convert me. Tausif and Danish behaved similarly with other employees, attempting to exert pressure. They also discussed my personal and family issues and suggested remedies such as black magic, which I ignored. In 2023, on the occasion of Ramzan Eid, Tausif took me to his residence. There, against my will, I was made to wear a religious cap and participate in Namaz, and my photograph was taken and shared in a group. This caused me mental distress. Additionally, Tausif, Danish Sheikh, Shahrukh Sheikh and Raza Memon made me recite the Kalma at my workstation. Despite knowing that I attend Sadguru meetings and follow a vegetarian lifestyle, Tausif and Danish once again took me to a hotel late at night and pressured me to consume non-vegetarian food, stating that adverse consequences would follow if I refused. In March 2023, my father suffered a paralytic attack, and I was facing significant family difficulties. During this time, Tausif, Danish, Shahrukh Sheikh and Raza Memon advised me to convert, stating that my situation would improve if I did so. When I did not engage with their suggestions, they allegedly began sending negative reports about me to the Head Office and subjected me to workplace harassment. I opposed their conduct as I believed they were making inappropriate remarks about my religion and attempting to influence others. This led to further hostility towards me. They also made inappropriate personal remarks. On one occasion, comments were made regarding my wife in an objectionable manner, which led to an argument. During this incident, Tausif allegedly threw a fan at me and threatened me. I reported this to the HR representative, Ashwini Madam. It is also my allegation that Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh, Shahrukh Sheikh and Raza Memon made obscene remarks about women in the office. From 2022 until March 23, 2026, I allege that the above individuals repeatedly engaged in conduct including making derogatory remarks about my religion, compelling me to participate in their religious practices, and pressuring me to act against my beliefs. When I resisted, I was subjected to harassment and intimidation at the workplace. Accordingly, I am filing this complaint. This statement has been typed in Marathi, read by me, and is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief."
