@Stagecoach_West@Stagecoach_West , I still haven’t recieved my smart card, not a response. I’ve missed out on 3 days so far of my ticket. Is there someone else I should be contacting to sort this?
@Stagecoach_West hi, I bought a monthly ticket for a smart card on Monday and it said the smart card would arrive within 3 days so I scheduled My ticket to start today. However I have not recieved my smart card to use this ticket. Is there anyone I can’t contact regarding this?
@Stagecoach_West do you think it’s obvious I’m stood at the bus stop? Becsuse the 95 Cheltenham - Gloucester drove past me at the hare and hounds stop due at 11:12 shrugging his shoulders which will now make me late picking up my child from nursery.

@Stagecoach_West hi, my app is stuck on my ticket with the loading icon. I’ve forced the app closed. My app is also up to date and I’ve tried turning my phone off and on. I cannot do anything on the app including check when buses are due. My internet is fine. Any help? Thanks
@Stagecoach_West Hi, it worked after uninstalling and installing again. However it is now happening again this morning. Is this a problem with the app? As I don’t particularly want to have to uninstall and reinstall everyday.
@Stagecoach_West why did the number 10 from cheltenham to lower tuffley 15:00 at cross hands stop go past us waiting at the stop with our arm out 7 minutes early at 14:53? My friend bought a single ticket which will not be active by the time the next bus turns up ://
