just gave my keynote at #SuperAI2026. the key takeaway: the GUI is the shared surface where humans and agents build trust. the through-line of computing for the past 80 years has been one thing. computers becoming smarter, more visible, more glanceable, more part of our world. ENIAC → Alto → Macintosh → laptop → phone. the future follows the same arc. smarter. more visible. more part of our world. which means the next era of agents won't live in APIs or CLIs. they have to operate where humans already operate. that's the GUI. the shared surface is the key to building trust between humans and agents.

It’s 6 PM now and issue is not yet resolved even after 28 hours. Airtel Hats off to your engineers who don’t know how to fix a network issue.
