@easyJet the worst customer service ever. I got stranded in Italy because you oversold my flight. Have been left to cover the costs myself with no one from EasyJet able to help, only telling me to claim it back. Where do you expect the people to get all this money from????

Loved the paper presentation by @UweGruenefeld at #CHI2022 today. The authors created a toolkit for easy prototyping of Cross-Reality systems which I hope to use in my own work!
