@bakedinantwerp@Praise_Ffs Two completely different situations
Ronaldo moves the ball forward and passes it sideways and play continues forward
Mbappe cooks 3 defenders, runs back, and passes back.
Sabrina Carpenter on her love of travel and new perspectives:
“You learn more about life in a 20-minute conversation with someone from Italy than in 20 years in the U.S.”

I was roughly the same bodyfat % in all these photos
But in the first one my face is cooked
Bloated to all hell
Obviously its not a fat problem since i can look way better at the same bfp
In reality it was an inflammation and cortisol problem
My diet was slop and seed oil at the time
Sleep was terrible
Drinking a lot
Plus Crohn's disease (which i cured in between the pictures)
Chronically high stress and inflammation is behind almost all health issues, energy problems, libido, low test…
But it's also making everyone uglier…
It makes you go bald and bloats your face…
You could literally become a chad just by tackling your inflammation and stress hormones like i did
Which is one of the big things we’re helping guys with in the [REDACTED] program
Guys on the e–mail list got a full rundown of what it is today
Everyone else?

Paraguay Residency 🇵🇾 update that matters.
From January 1, 2026, Migraciones will begin enforcing the one day per year presence rule for Temporary Residency. Law 6984 already allows residency to be cancelled if you spend more than 365 days outside Paraguay without authorization. Until now, it was rarely applied but with record numbers arriving this is one way to slow or control the flow without raising residency costs, yet.
We have been informed by Immigrations in the past few days of these changes and that your entry and exit record will be checked before approving a move to Permanent Residency.
The takeaway to consider before coming to Paraguay for residency is being fully aware of the requirements and ensuring it fits your expectations and lifestyle before taking the plunge. You will need to step into Paraguay at least once every twelve months, the simplest way being to fly into Asunción airport so you are definitely, officially recorded in the country, or request authorization if you will be away longer due to special circumstances.
The demand keeps rising. In 2024 more than 28,000 residencies were granted, and in the first half of 2025 over 20,000 new proceedings have already started, an increase of about 50 percent compared to last year. Residency rules do continue to evolve, and with global pressure there is no guarantee Paraguay will remain this straightforward forever. Take the time to think it through, and if residency here is something you see in your future, it may be worth planning sooner rather than later.
Plan ahead. The demand is real and the rules are clear for now, at least until they change again. We will keep you updated if anything shifts again before January 1st, 2026.
A woman rear ended my wife, and my wife was pushed into the car in front of her which was also driven by a woman. I get there and no one has exchanged insurance, everyone disassociated. Cops get here and it's 2 female cops
