@British_Airways absolutely pointless, booked with Emirates as the earliest you could get me home is Wednesday, our flight was BA106 22:05 today 7th September woke up to your cancellation email this morning.

Once again, @British_Airways fails miserably. Flight from Dubai to London cancelled with less that 24hrs notice. Next available flight was 2 days later. Awful systems and customer experience again.
